  • Indicative Total Remuneration: $95,392-$105,827 (pro rata) – RN/M2 A – Part Time / Term Contract (up to 7 April 2017)

You will provide specific support to the Clinical Service Coordinator in the leadership of nurses within the Private Ward of the Mount Gambier Hospital. Overseeing the provision of nursing care within the team, you will assess patients’ needs and plan, implement and coordinate appropriate service delivery options whilst communicating changes in condition and care. This will be achieved by integrating advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources and your own experience to devise and achieve agreed patient care outcomes. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
