Your new company
Our client is a global market leader in corporate office hire and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager on a permanent basis due to the impending departure of the existing incumbent.

Your new role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and commercial success of the Darwin branch. You will work within a small team and drive sales growth across Darwin. This is a Monday to Friday role with standard working hours. This full time position will report directly into the Area Director interstate. You will be responsible for maintaining a firm relationship with existing clients and building new relationships. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and managing a group of high profile clients in a range of sectors including Engineering, Finance, IT and various SME’s.

The Darwin branch’s success is founded on establishing a collaborative environment; according to our client, it is the people and what they do in the space that truly matters. Together with your team, you set the tone and create a lively and enjoyable working environment for all businesses, big and small.

What you’ll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will be a born networker who has the natural ability to inspire and enthuse whoever they meet and who ooze our client’s brand essence. You will have proven experience within corporate business development in Darwin and will have a strong local network. You will work well autonomously and demonstrate a keen hunger to drive new business and improve the client’s reputation and profitability in Darwin. You will pride yourself on your presentability and professionalism and demonstrate a keen hunger to succeed.
