Location: Bathurst-Orange Region – Bathurst NSW.
Work within a supportive team in a Government role. This is a 6-month contract position will offer exposure to a variety of technologies and a chance to improve your IT skills in an exciting role.
Your new role
You will provide excellent first level support to internal staff and customers to ensure the smooth running of IT services. You will provide first level diagnosis and troubleshooting, resolving customer and client requests.
You will be responsible for escalating issues to senior staff and managers and following up on the resolution whilst liaising with the customer.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in a helpdesk environment is essential, and you will have excellent customer service skills and phone communication. Previous experience in a Government role will be highly regarded, as will tertiary qualifications.
