FULL-TIME POSITION FOR OFFICE MANAGER

Leading Immigration Company Name is Tonio Lawyers is looking
for young and talented Office manager for Full-Time Position.

Job Location will be Gold-Coast, Queensland.

The Role:

The Office Manager will be responsible of the management and
coordination of office administration activities to ensure smooth operations of
Human Offices and act as one point of contact for all the offices.

The role is responsible for the effective maintenance of the
office, equipment, meeting rooms and support systems, ensuring the office is
operated professionally, effectively and efficiently by providing support in
Office Management and Administration, as required.

 

Responsibilities:

·        
Maintaining office supplies, monitoring specific
purchase information for regular goods and services required by the office and
negotiating contracts for the supply of such goods and services.

·        
Facilitate the organization of events which
represent Hume at external networks, interagency and partnership meetings.

·        
Supports company operations by maintaining
office systems and supervising staff.

·        
Maintains office services by organizing office
operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence,
designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and
assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

·        
Provides historical reference by defining
procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of
records.

·        
Maintains office efficiency by planning and
implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement.

·        
Designs and implements office policies by
establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards and
making necessary adjustments.

·        
Completes operational requirements by scheduling
and assigning employees, following up on work results.

About you:

·        
Has managed multiple projects in the past

·        
Excellent in written and verbal communication
and presentation skills

·        
Proficient at Microsoft Office – (MS Word,
Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)

·        
Advanced communication skills in all
aspects/format

·        
Can-do and positive attitude

·        
Work independently and as part of a team

·        
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
